Yes, revenge game narrative for Davante, but Meyers has been able to produce in an incredibly small sample size despite Davante still putting up huge numbers. Jaire Alexander playing or not for GB doesn’t impact the play - Meyers will have the advantage either way. Raiders with the 8th highest pass play % in neutral gamescripts dating back to last season (excluding Aidan OConnel’s start).

Available at FanDuel. I've been on the Raiders a couple of times this year, and it hasn't gone particularly well. I just don't see any big reason to fear the Packers. They have struggled to stop the pass even while facing the Bears, Falcons, Saints, and Lions. That's not a great sign, and it should give optimism around the Raiders, especially assuming Jimmy Garoppolo is able to clear concussion protocol (which should be the expectation after he practiced twice last week). The Packers' offense has been fine this year, but it looks worse once you add in a schedule adjustment. They get another soft matchup here, but the Raiders' offense should put up points, too. Even with this crowd likely skewing toward the Packers, I still give the Raiders homefield due to travel. As a result, the Raiders are slight favorites for me, pushing me to take the +110 on the moneyline.
