Discussed on Cash That The Knicks face off against the Pistons out of the All-Star Break and I’m targeting the big dog in this spot. The Pistons are a strong rebounding team; however, they will be without key bigs Jalen Duren and Isaiah Stewart for this contest. Mitchell Robinson is a monster on the glass. He averages 9 rebounds per game and has cleared this mark in 62.5% of games this season. This game against the Pistons should be competitive so I’d expect Mitch to see his typical rotation here. Given the lack of true bigs outside of Bball Paul, this is an excellent spot for Robinson to board.

I think this line has gotten out of hand. Detroit was a 2.5 point dog 48 hours ago, NY took a bunch of money, and now the line is parked at 4.5, even with the suspensions to Stewart and Duren, I don’t think this number should be much bigger than 3, 3.5 max. The Pistons this season are the #1 underdog in the league from a point spread perspective. 9-1 ATS when listed as a dog. Duren and Beef Stew being out – not ideal, but the Pistons have gotten by without them before. Duren already missed eight games this season due to injuries and the Pistons have a 7-1 record in those games. Stewart’s only missed four games to this point, but Detroit owns a 3-1 record in those games.
