Took on Novig Playing off of the Alcantara pick, I'm backing the Phillies to take the win today. Alcantara on the mound is a clear advantage for the Phillies with his 3-7 record and 7.14 ERA this season. While Alcantara has been better in his last 2 starts, that was against the Rockies and Pirates, and both of those teams suck. The Phillies have one of the top offenses vs RHP this season and scored 6 runs vs Alcantara in their first meeting this season. The Marlins have also lost 9/L10 home games, while the Phillies are on a 4-game win streak coming off a series sweep of the Blue Jays. I'll back the Phillies in this matchup.
