I’d be surprised if Jamal Murray plays today given the concussion protocol and his absence has impacted Aaron Gordon specifically. While he historically had seen a rise in both R and A, this season he has yet to record an assist without Murray but with Russ on the court. However, his Rebounds still spike. Gordon has hit this line in 3/5 games anyways this season and is averaging 8.2 per game. Last year, without Murray he hit the 5.5 rebounds in 16/19 games and averaged 7.9. Even with Russ on the floor he still sees the rebound bump, in part because Russ cannot make any shots. I think this line is fair in the event Murray plays, but if he doesn’t I expect to see the Pace uptick on the Nuggets side and Utah also plays at a top 10 Pace in the NBA.
