The Phoenix Suns hope to snap their three-game losing streak as they host the Orlando Magic who enter tonight's contest losers in four of their last five overall.
This will be the second and final meeting this season between these two teams. Game 1 saw the Magic pulling off the 114-97 upset with the Suns struggling offensively shooting 40% from the floor. Phoenix fell behind early and were never able to hit those shots to surmount a good rally in the second half.
Tonight they are big favorites as both teams enter this contest relatively healthy. Let's get into the same game parlay to bet for Magic vs Suns.
NBA Same Game Parlay Picks
The Parlay: (+260)
- Orlando Magic Team Total Under 110.5 (-115)
- DeAndre Ayton Over 11.5 Rebounds (+100)
Orlando Magic Team Total Under 110.5
The Magic have had their share of offensive struggles this season. They rank 27th in points per game at 111.6, 23rd in effective field goal percentage and 26th in field goals made per game.
Tonight they are in a tough spot versus a Suns team who rank in the top 10 in most defensive statistical categories. Most importantly, fourth in opponent points per game and sixth in paint points.
Although the Magic have been playing much better since the All-Star break, they face a much tougher defensive minded team tonight. With how crowded the West is in terms of standings, Phoenix needs this win and should be able to limit the Magic's efficiency on both ends.
DeAndre Ayton Over 11.5 Rebounds
In Tuesday's contest against the Milwaukee Bucks, DeAndre Ayton picked up some early fouls in the first half and was limited to only 25 minutes despite getting out to a quick start offensively. Even with the limited playing time, he scored 16 points and grabbed eight boards.
Entering tonight's contest he's averaging 10.2 rebounds per game and has logged 10 or more in 35 games this season. Looking at his rebounding numbers in the head-to-head, he's logged 10 and 19 boards in two of their last three meetings.
With Phoenix looking to force up some tough shots, look for Ayton to stuff the stat sheet particularly in the rebounding category.
