NBA Player Props Today | Picks for Tre Mann and Jeremy Sochan (Sunday, Mar. 3)
The NBA has a loaded 8-game slate this Sunday, but still plenty of value in the betting markets. After a rough two picks on Saturday, it is time to bounce back today.
In the table below, you will find my top two NBA player props for March 3, including picks for role players Tre Mann and Jeremy Sochan. Let's break down how I am targeting these two players tonight.

Since being acquired by the Charlotte Hornets at the trade deadline, Tre Mann is averaging a career-high across the board in points, rebounds, assists, and minutes per game. However, this points prop line is a little too high for Mann who is averaging only 11.9 points per game with the Hornets and has failed to score 14 points in all but two of his nine games with his new team. Even with all of the injuries to the Hornets backcourt, this line is inflated tonight.
Our prop model has Mann projected to score 10.9 points, which is far below his points prop. This is one of the best player props available on this five-game night slate. Mann's usage rate has been in the mid-teen's with the Hornets. Miles Bridges and Brandon Miller have been the focal point of the Hornets offense, especially without LaMelo Ball.
The Hornets are 7.5-point road underdogs against the Raptors despite Scottie Barnes being out for the foreseeable future. They have an implied total of only 107.8 points, so expect a lower-scoring game especially from the Hornets side of the ball. As a team the Hornets are only scoring 107.9 points per game, which is the third-lowest in the league.
Even with a better role with the Hornets, Mann will have a tough time getting over his points prop. Getting the value at -105 for his under feels like a steal. I would consider taking this number down to under 10.5 points since he has scored fewer than double-digit points in three of his last four games. Look for Mann to facilitate more than score.
Pick: Tre Mann Under 13.5 Points (-105 via DraftKings)

The San Antonio Spurs are coming off one of their best wins of the season last game beating the OKC Thunder 132-118 in their first home game since February 3. The Spurs will now host the Indiana Pacers tonight in the best game environment on the slate with a 243.5-point total. Expect an up-tempo game with plenty of points on both sides.
Once the starting point guard for the Spurs, Jeremy Sochan, has rotated duties to more of a scoring and rebounding forward. Sochan has recorded a points and rebounds double-double in two of his last four games, including in the victory over the Thunder. Even playing alongside Victor Wembanyama, Sochan is able to accumulate rebounds. Our model has Sochan projected to haul down 7.3 rebounds, making his rebound prop one of the best on the board.
Ranking second in the league in pace and leading the league in points per game, the Pacers will force the Spurs to play an up-tempo game. The Pacers are attempting 92.6 field goals per game, which will provide ample opportunities for Sochan to capture rebounds. Sochan has recorded six or more rebounds in four of his last seven games.
Taking a sprinkle for Sochan to record a double-double is intriguing at +800. The Pacers rank 24th in rebounding percentage this season at 49.1%. Sochan has shown the ability to get double-doubles and this is a fantastic chance to have another great game. I would take his rebound prop up to over 6.5 rebounds tonight given the elite matchup.
Pick: Jeremy Sochan Over 5.5 Rebounds (-135 via DraftKings)
