Let's get to our NBA best bets today and expert picks for Saturday, November 18!
Timberwolves vs. Pelicans
By Joe Dellera
Rudy Gobert averages a double-double on the season with 11.2 points and 12.4 rebounds per game. While the points are often a bit tenuous, he still has a double-double in eight of 11 games this season.
The Wolves took care of business against the Pelicans 10 days ago, and Gobert was instrumental to their success. He scored 17 points and secured a whopping 21 rebounds against Jonas Valanciunas. His double-double is priced at -110, which is just far too low in this spot with the Pelicans on the back end of a back-to-back.
Pick: Rudy Gobert Double-Double

Heat vs. Bulls
The Heat are 8-4, yet they're 3-9 in fourth quarters this season. Even in their seven-game winning streak they're currently riding into Chicago, they've outscored their opponent in the fourth quarter just twice, and one was against the San Antonio Spurs.
It's a damning trend that will have to stop if this team's going to prove to be legitimate.
On one hand, 8-4 is 8-4, but on the other, they've only beaten one team who is currently top 15 in net rating, and that's the Atlanta Hawks.
The teams they've bested in the fourth quarter were the Milwaukee Bucks, who were blowing the Heat out before a fake comeback, plus the shorthanded Memphis Grizzlies and, again, the Spurs.
Chances are, even if they win, they get outscored in the first at least once in these two games in Chicago, perhaps both times. It's a trend the books haven't caught up to yet. So I'll keep hammering away.
Pick: Bulls to Win 4th Quarter
Mavericks vs. Bucks
By Joe Dellera
The Bucks are returning home, while the Mavericks are looking to head home. However, Dallas has been a better team this season.
Additionally, there's a distinct possibility that Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) may sit after playing Friday, but missing the game prior. Antetokounmpo's absence would significant impact the Bucks, especially their already porous defense. The spread would also move from Mavericks +2.5 to potentially having Dallas favored.
The Mavericks should look to finish their road trip on the right foot, and with their shot profile, I expect them to take advantage of the Bucks' defense.
