It's a new dawn and a new day in the NBA as we stir up some betting fun for NBA best bets today: expert picks for Wednesday, November 15. We have the best of both sides as our experts dive into what type of performance De'Aaron Fox has to have for the Kings to overcome the Lakers. Then on the eastern conference end, we discuss who might have the slight edge in the Bucks vs. Raptors matchup.
There's no slowing down after a heavy (and quite eventful, to say the least) In-Season Tournament day, so let's hop into the 8-game slate ahead for tonight.

Kings vs. Lakers
By Joe Dellera
The Kings are significantly better with De'Aaron Fox and you can read my full thoughts on the matchup in my game guide here. This is a matchup he should thrive in.
Over the last few seasons, he has dominated against the Lakers scoring 37, 34, 32, 31, and 22 points against LA. Much of this is due to the Lakers' defensive struggles, specifically in the backcourt of Reaves and Russell. Lineups with both Reaves and Russell are allowing opponents to score an obscene 127.4 points per 100 possessions.
I trust Fox to continue his excellent performance here against a Lakers team on the second night of a back to back and would take his alternate line of 30+ (+200) as well.
Pick: De'Aaron Fox over 25.5 Points and 30+

Bucks vs. Raptors
I was on the Raptors last game against the Wizards before OG Anunoby and Gary Trent Jr. were announced out and while the Raptors won, they didn't cover. There's no question about it, I am ready to get hurt again.
Both Anunoby and Trent Jr. are considered doubtful again and it would be surprising if they played, but this is a bad spot for the Bucks who will play their fifth game in eight days and are coming off a nine-point win against their division rival Chicago Bulls on Monday — a game in which they didn't cover a 9.5-point spread, but won relatively comfortably, making this somewhat of a letdown spot.
The Bucks have STRUGGLED against the spread this season and have the worst ATS plus-minus in the league (-8.2), according to TeamRankings.com. Despite their respectable 6-4 record, Milwaukee is just 1-9 ATS, with their lone ATS win coming against the Heat in a bad rest spot for Miami, playing their third game in four nights.
Even then, Milwaukee only covered the 7.5-point spread by a half point.
Toronto hasn't exactly been kicking ass and taking names, but they've been a .500 team and are 27-19-1 ATS at home since last season and they own this matchup. In the last 10 head-to-head matchups, the Raptors are 7-3 straight up and 8-2 ATS. Even without accounting for the rest spot and generously factoring in the absence of Anunoby and Trent Jr., my model shows significant value on Toronto, looking at stats from this season or last. I'll take the home dogs down to +2.
Pick: Raptors (+2)
