Sixers vs. Hawks Over 233.5
By Matt Moore
I like this number at whatever you can get it at. I have this projected in the 250+ range as a total. The Hawks are 6-4-1 to the over and the 76ers are 7-4 to the over. We have seen overs consistently in these In-Season Tournament games.
We are seeing increased scoring across the league, and I could see the 76ers putting up 130+ points against this Hawks defense. The 76ers have gone over their team total in 7 of 11 games and have allowed their opponent to go over their team total in 6 of 11.
Bulls -2 vs. Magic

We call these games duplex spots (playing the same team in the same city consecutively). The home favorites after coming off a loss in the first game of a "duplex spot" are 32-12 straight up and 26-17-1 against the spread with an average line of 6 points.
It is desperation time for the Bulls. With the way they closed the game in the buzzer-beater loss to the Magic, I think they come out fired up and with a different energy to win this one at home.
Rockets vs. Clippers Over 219.5

Credit to Ime Udoka for keeping this Rockets defense together. I think they are a little bit fraudulent right now at 6-3. This is a low number and we have the over trend in these tournament games. The Clippers have been terrible, and I want to bet on the them against the Rockets who are hot right now.
I will stick with the over in a low-total game with a Rockets defense who should see some regression defensively.
