When Simmons is out he is the main facilitator of the ball Even with Simmons he is averaging 13 potential assists and 8 APG this season He has played 1 game without Simmons and saw his potential assists sky rocket to 23 as he recorded 14 assists Played the Grizzles recently with Simmons in the lineup and recorded 8 assists in that game

He’s now 5/5 on this line with 28+ mins, which should be his floor tonight (no Bane, Smart, Konchar, Kennard, Williams, etc…) - 33 and 35 mins the L2 without all of those guys. Should continue to be able to crash the boards (won’t defend high usage players) and should be in store for 12+ FGA.

Morant missed this line in his last game against Brooklyn but it’s still just too low. He had more than enough volume with 16 FGAs but shot just 31% from the field. Desmond Bane and Marcus Smart remain out. Over his last 10 games without Bane, he is averaging 26.7 ppg. Brooklyn has one of the league’s worst defenses and I fully expect Memphis to speed them up and attack them in transition. I’m grabbing Morant to exceed 21.5 points.
