The Kansas City offense has been extremely bad of late, averaging 2.80 runs per game over their last five. They have struggled greatly against right-handed pitching, posting just a .222 average over their past ten games. With the Cleveland bullpen ranking among the league's best with a 2.48 ERA, there is very little chance of an offensive breakout by the Royals in this matchup. Cleveland's offense wasn't any more reliable, either. For the year, they averaged 4.55 runs per contest, but if recent form is any indication, which is never a given, then on the road, they are just hitting .228. Furthermore, the Under is 8-2 in Williams' last ten starts and 12-5-1 in Cleveland's last 18 road games - more indicants of a lower-scoring affair.
