Bonus Exotic: Either team to win by 5 or less (+140 at DK). Zona has won 13 straight, wins over KenPom top 10 (5x by 9 ppg). Harder tourney road USU, Ark, Purdue. Extra scoring opportunities: Arizona 30th +3.4, Michigan 215th -0.6 per game. The three B10 teams that crashed the offensive glass: Illinois, Purdue, Michigan State. Boilermakers knocked them off in the B10 Tournament, Michigan State wasted 15 offensive rebounds in a home loss because they couldn’t knock down shots (4-for-23 3PT), and Illinois similarly couldn’t capitalize, missing 20 triples. Tennessee 19 offensive rebounds…5-for-26. But as we know, Arizona is not three-point dependent, they’re two-point hunters, foul shot merchants and I’m sure they’re going to try to get Yaxel into foul trouble. Wolverines have lost three times all season long, and in two of those games Yaxel was in foul trouble. Burries is the key in my estimation; they can’t win unless he shoots well and helps them space the floor. The three-point market has caught up to Burries, who is averaging over 3 made triples per tournament game. So let’s go over his point total instead, with a ladder: Over 16.5 (-122), Over 19.5 (+172), Over 24.5 (+480). Uptempo opponents for Arizona this year like Alabama, Kansas State, BYU…Burries scored 28, 28, 29. And he nearly crossed 25 points against Arkansas, but didn’t need him to score anymore late.

#ACTION ✍️ ADD 2u ⬆️ (Futures on both teams - Michigan at +1100 on back end of parlay & Zona 35/1 preseason. But I just think Michigan is the most complete roster with the size, experience & physicality to cut down the nets. I worry that Arizona’s lack of perimeter shooting may finally be its downfall against a wolverine front court that is even superior to theres. I think 3pt shooting is the difference maker in this one. Give me Wolverines 84-81)

Michigan Wolverines 2025-26 Season

Michigan’s "return to glory" is no longer a projection—it’s a reality. The Wolverines head to Indianapolis as the Midwest Region champions, having effectively smothered every opponent in their path. As a No. 1 seed, Michigan has combined the elite individual brilliance of Big Ten Player of the Year Yaxel Lendeborg with a defensive identity that has made them arguably the most feared team remaining in the bracket.

The second weekend in Chicago was a showcase of Michigan’s versatility. They first handled a physical No. 4 Alabama team 90–77 in the Sweet 16, using their superior length to disrupt the Crimson Tide’s perimeter attack. They followed that up with a clinical 95–62 dismantling of No. 6 Tennessee in the Elite Eight—a game defined by a staggering 21–0 first-half run and a dominant 27-point performance from Lendeborg. The Wolverines now enter the Final Four with a 35–3 record and the momentum of a team that hasn't just won, but overwhelmed.

All's to say, the Wolverines look poised to make a deep run toward the first national championship of the Dusty May era. Do you like the Wolverines chances to make a legitimate run, or even win the entire tournament? Check the latest college basketball odds to place your bets today. Not a Wolverines fan? No problem. We've got every NCAAB team covered.

Popular Michigan Wolverines Betting Markets

The Michigan Wolverines are typically among the NCAAB teams favored by oddsmakers heading into tournament season. If you live in a legal online sports betting state, the markets listed below reflect the most popular types of bets you can make on the Wolverines and their players.

  • Moneyline
  • Point Spread
  • Over/Under
  • Props
  • Futures

New to college basketball betting, or betting in general? Don't hesitate to lean on our NCAAB betting guide so you can wager with confidence.

Michigan Moneyline Bet

A moneyline bet simply requires a bettor to correctly pick the winner of the game. If you pick the winner of the game correctly, you will win the bet. How much you win is determined by your wager amount and the associated odds for the team you bet on. Here's an example using moneyline odds from a Michigan game against Nebraska.

  • Michigan (-180)
  • Nebraska (+140)

In this instance, Michigan is the team favored to win the game, indicated by the minus sign (-) next to its moneyline odds. This would make Nebraska the underdog, represented by the plus sign (+) next to its moneyline odds. When combined with the amount wagered, the moneyline odds signify the potential payout you'd receive for betting on each team.

For example, someone betting on Michigan at -180 would have to bet $180 to win $100, whereas a bettor would win $140 from a $100 wager on Nebraska.

Note: College basketball odds don't always reflect the latest player news, so be sure to periodically check out NCAAB injury report to both play it safe and maximize the betting value of mispriced lines.

Michigan Point Spread Bet

Another popular bet players often make on Michigan Wolverines' games is a point spread wager. This requires a bettor to correctly select the margin of victory by a particular team, rather than simply selecting a winner. Here's the same Michigan vs. Nebraska matchup as an example, but this time with point spread odds.

  • Michigan -3.5 (-110)
  • Nebraska +3.5 (-120)

Oddsmakers set a margin of victory total known as 'the spread'. In this game, Michigan has to win by four or more points to beat this spread, while Nebraska either has to win the game outright or lose by three points or less to beat the spread. Point spreads also have an additional element known as 'the juice', or 'the vig', which is the tax paid to the sportsbook for each bet. The juice is indicated next to the point spread, with this number being used to determine a wager payout.

For example, a bet on the Wolverines would earn a profit of $100 for every $110 risked so long as Michigan wins by four points or more, aka 'beating the spread'. Someone betting on Nebraska would earn a profit of $100 for every $120 risked, but can win one of two ways: if Nebraska loses by 3 or less, or if Nebraska wins outright.

Betting point spreads can be tricky, so be sure to take advantage of our NCAAB teams against the spread page to see how each Div-1 team has fared this season.

Michigan Over/Under Bet

An over/under bet (or 'total' bet) concerns the sum of the final score between both teams, meaning the winner is irrelevant. Bettors are required to accurately predict if the teams combine higher or lower than a number set by oddsmakers. Oddsmakers set the over/under total for Michigan vs. Nebraska at 149.5 points.

  • Over 149.5 points (-108)
  • Under 149.5 points (-112)

For example, if betting the over, a player would have to wager $108 to earn $100, whereas betting the under would earn $100 for every $112 risked. Note that the juice/vig comes into play with over/under bets as well.

Michigan Prop Bet

For those Wolverines fans that have a particular favorite player, NCAAB prop bets are a great way to show your support. Oddsmakers will also set lines on various player statistics, giving bettors the opportunity to guess whether those players either will or won't hit certain benchmarks. Many props are over/under wagers, with the most popular betting markets centered on how many points, rebounds, or assists a player will score.

For example, if you were to place a $100 bet on Lendebourg scoring 15+ points at +118, you'd earn $218 (a $118 profit). This type of prop bet slightly differs from a traditional over/under prop, as it would still cash even if Lendebourg scored 15 points on the dot. If it were over/under 15 points instead of 15+ points, an exact total of 15 would result in a push (aka your bet would be refunded).

Michigan Futures Bet

If you like the Michigan Wolverines' odds to make the quarters, semis, or even win the whole NCAA Tournament, take a look at futures odds. A futures bet is wager for an event happening in the later in the season. Because a futures bet can be really hard to predict, the payouts are much higher than a typical wager.

For example, a bet on the Wolverines to win it all at +425 would earn $425 on a $100 bet.
