Red Sox vs Rockies Pick, Betting Analysis
Even as a Red Sox fan, I haven't fully bought in on Ranger Suarez. His 2.94 ERA looks like a mirage, and his 95 Stuff+ rating indicates a pitcher whose ERA should be closer to four (4.18 botERA).
Plus, his average fastball velocity in his most recent start was just 89.3 MPH, down a few ticks from earlier in the season.
Meanwhile, the Red Sox bullpen could be in a shaky spot today without Garrett Whitlock, who has tossed thrice in the past five days. And the Red Sox lineup is an absolute disaster, devoid of any pop.
In fact, Zerillo projects both of these lineups to produce way below MLB average against left-handed pitching.

I'm no fan of Kyle Freeland and Colorado's bullpen, but this looks like a low-scoring, high-variance game between two lousy offenses. That should give Colorado a good shot to cash as plus-money dogs in a 3-2 ballgame.
Pick: Rockies ML (+130 or Better) | Under 10.5 (-110 or Better)
