Bet: Michael Wilson Under 749.5 Receiving Yards (-110)
The Rationale: Wilson enjoyed a breakout season last year, but his target share was massively inflated by the absence of Marvin Harrison Jr. and a decimated running back room that forced Arizona to throw 40+ times a game down the stretch. With a healthy WR1 and a new run-heavy philosophy under Mike LaFleur, Wilson's volume is in line for severe regression.

Bet: Quinshon Judkins Under 924.5 rushing yards (-110; DraftKings)
The Rationale: Despite suffering two significant injuries (fractured fibula; dislocated ankle) in his rookie season, Browns running back Quinshon Judkins enters the 2026 season with plenty of hype. There's no question about the talent he possesses, but considering the injuries and poor supporting cast (headlined by a dreary QB competition between Deshaun Watson and Shedeur Sanders), it might be worth pumping the brakes on the hype train a bit.

Bet: Luther Burden III to Lead the League in Receiving Yards +9000 (FanDuel)
An emerging player in the Bears' dynamic offense under head coach Ben Johnson, this Luther Burden play is one of my favorite long-shot preseason props. He was crazy efficient last season (his 2.82 YPRR trailed only Puka Nacua and Jaxon Smith-Njigba) and could be in line for a spike in playing time with DJ Moore out of the picture.

Bets:
- Saquon Barkley Over 7.5 Rushing TDs (+100)
- Barkley to lead NFL in Rushing TDs (+3000)
- Jalen Hurts Under 8.5 Rushing TDs (-105)
Regression was inevitable for Saquon Barkley after a monster 2024 season that fueled the Eagles' Super Bowl run — but now is the time to get back on the bandwagon. Barkley was rather unfortunate last season when it came to his final touchdown count and could see an uptick in that department.
Relatedly, Jalen Hurts' scoring on the ground could also be impacted negatively with uncertainty surrounding the utilization of the tush push under new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion.

Bet: Abdul Carter Over 5.75 sacks -110 (DraftKings)
The third overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, Abdul Carter disappointed in the sack department, finishing with just four in his rookie season. But Carter's overall sack count doesn't tell the whole story.
Sean delves into Carter's underlying data and details why Carter could be a dormant volcano entering his Year 2 season in the NFL.
