Kent State vs. S. Carolina Odds & Betting Predictions - September 5, 2026

I really like the transition this South Carolina offense is going to make with the new OC coming in and a more reliable running game The offensive line allowed 43 sacks and 88 TFLs and improved attitude and “want to” was an offseason focus. I expect massive improvement here. Sellars is going to take a step and South Carolina has three dudes to throw the ball to. I like the offense and I think we are getting an honest 3+ quarters with the 1’s as they only have two non-con games to get it figured out before MSU comes to town and then the cocks go to bama. Kent state lost three non con road games last year by a combined margin of 172-24 but I do think their offense found some “flash” with Dru Deshields at QB. They have some decent receiver weapons and a solid return unit. Kent plays hard and they will do so here in this one. I think South Carolina needs a feel good win and the offense needs to dazzle. They should score 45-48 points here and I wouldn’t be stunned to see Kent state score 10-14. Over Good to 54
