Arkansas Razorbacks 2025-2026 Season

As of late February 2026, the Arkansas Razorbacks (20-7, 10-4 SEC) are thriving in Year Two of the John Calipari era, currently ranked No. 20 in the AP Poll. The Hogs have leaned into a "youth-meets-experience" philosophy, anchored by a high-octane backcourt featuring freshman sensation Darius Acuff Jr. (22.2 PPG) and veteran floor general D.J. Wagner. Acuff has been the story of the SEC season, recently making headlines with a staggering 49-point performance in a narrow double-overtime loss to Alabama.

With marquee non-conference wins over Louisville and Texas Tech, the Razorbacks have proven they can compete with anyone when their transition offense is clicking.

Heading into March Madness, Arkansas is projected as a 5-seed and looks significantly more cohesive than they did at this point last year. While their offense ranks 6th nationally, scoring nearly 90 points per game, their defensive consistency remains the primary question mark for a deep tournament run.

The frontcourt duo of Trevon Brazile and transfer Malique Ewin provides necessary rim protection, but the team’s tendency to get into high-possession shootouts makes them a volatile "bracket buster." If Acuff and fellow freshman Meleek Thomas continue their scoring tear, Fayetteville could be looking at its first Final Four trip under Calipari.

Betting on the Arkansas Razorbacks

Even though the Razorbacks have been hot, bookmakers are still doubting the team out of Fayetteville. If you believe in Arkansas, now is the time to bet them at a good price. These are the popular types of bets that you can make on the Razorbacks if you live in a legal sports betting state.

Arkansas Moneyline

A moneyline bet requires a bettor to correctly pick the winner of the game. In most, if not every remaining game for the season, you can expect Arkansas to be the favorite to win. If you pick the winner of the game correctly, you will win the bet. How much you win will be determined by your wager amount and the associated moneyline for the team you bet on. Here's an example using an Arkansas game against Tennessee.

  • Arkansas -140 moneyline
  • Tennessee +120 moneyline

Arkansas is the team favored to win this game, which is indicated by the minus sign (-) next to their moneyline. Tennessee is the underdog denoted by the plus sign (+) next to their moneyline. The moneyline number signifies the potential payout for each team. Someone betting on Arkansas would have to bet $140 to win $100 whereas a bettor would win $120 with a wager of $100 on Tennessee.

Arkansas Point Spread

Users can also place a point spread wager on the Arkansas Razorbacks. This requires a bettor to correctly select the margin of victory by a particular team, rather than simply who wins. Here's the same Auburn vs. Kentucky matchup as an example.

  • Arkansas -2.5 (-120)
  • Tennessee +2.5 (-105)

Oddsmakers set a margin of victory total known as the spread. In this game, Arkansas has to win by three or more points to beat this spread and Tennessee either has to win the game outright or lose by two points or less to beat the spread. Point spreads also have an additional element known as juice, or the vig, which is the tax paid to the sportsbook for each bet. The juice is indicated next to the point spread. This number is used to determine a wager payout. For a bet on the Razorbacks, a bettor would earn a profit of $100 for every $120 risked. Someone betting on Tennessee would earn a profit of $110 for every $100 risked.

Arkansas Over/Unders

Betting on over/under totals looks at the cumulative final score between two teams, not the winner or loser of the game. Bettors are required to accurately predict if the teams combine higher or lower than a number set by oddsmakers. Oddsmakers set the over/under total for Arkansas vs. Tennessee at 149.5 points.

  • Over 149.5 points (-108)
  • Under 149.5 points (-112)

Again, juice or vig comes into play with over/unders. Betting over 149.5 points means in this case that a bettor would have to wager $108 to earn $100. Betting under 149.5 points would mean a bettors would earn $100 for every $112 risked.

Arkansas Prop Bets

For those Razorbacks fans that have a particular favorite player, prop bets are a great way to show your support. Oddsmakers will also set lines on player statistics. Bettors then have the opportunity to guess whether those players will go over or under the set line to win money. Some popular prop bets include how many points a player will score, who will score first, how many rebounds a player gets, and many more.

Arkansas Future Odds

If you like the Arkansas Razorbacks' odds to make the Final Four or win the NCAA Tournament, take a look at futures odds. A futures bet is wager for an event happening in the later in the season. Because a futures bet can be really hard to predict, the payouts are much higher than a typical wager. Currently the Razorbacks are +900 to make the Final Four and +4500 to win the NCAA Tournament.
