BYU vs Dayton College Basketball Betting Preview
It’s been a mixed bag for Dayton, as it's faced the 228th-toughest strength of schedule.
BYU, on the other hand, has faced the 28th-toughest schedule, and it's racked up a 5-1 record against it. With the No. 1 recruit, AJ Dybantsa, that was sort of expected.
The Cougars have done a tremendous job of dictating the pace of their games. Their only loss was a semi-road defeat to UConn at TD Garden in Boston, MA, by just two points.
This game sets up well for BYU in terms of what its strengths are. The Cougars are great at limiting turnovers (seventh nationally). Dayton ranks outside the top 200 in forcing them. BYU also ranks 10th in creating giveaways.
BYU will also have a massive advantage in the rebounding battle, especially on the offensive glass.
I won’t lay more than 10.5 points. But anything under that, give me BYU.
