Never bet an under at Coors field.

So the saying goes.

Well, never say never.

Because today is the day.

We’re going to buy back the total on the Astros vs. Rockies game today from 12.5 to 14 (-190) at BetMGM and hit the under, and we are going to parlay that with buying the over back from 9.5 to 8.5 in the Nationals at Cubs game (-150).

Rockies first.

Yeah, Coors Field has a reputation. But check this out, the Rockies are 29-17-1 to the under when the number is 14. That’s 61.5%.

The wind is blowing in and it’s weak and I’m not worried at all about the Rockies bats. Astros starter Brandon Bielak is a groundball pitcher who let up no runs against the Rockies in Houston the outing before last.

The last 10 times these teams played together, they scored at least 14 only twice, both in back-to-back games in Houston in the 2020 season.

Then I’m loving the Nationals vs. Cubs number, getting it over nine runs. Games involving the Cubs have had 11 or more runs scored in an absurd 13 out of their last 20 games (65%). I don’t think pitching in this game will be strong enough to stop the fireworks.

Take the under of 14 in Astros vs. Rockies (-190) and parlay it with the over in Nationals vs. Cubs (-150) at BetMGM at juicy odds of +154.
