Tonight, we travel to T-Mobile Park to find value in a NRFI between two American League teams, the Seattle Mariners and the Tampa Bay Rays.

The current Cy Young front runner and ace of the Tampa Bay Rays, Shane McClanahan, has been a force to the NRFI this year, holding an impressive 14-2 record. His overall NRFI performance since last season stands at an impressive 34-9.

When facing batters for the first time through the order, McClanahan has been excellent, allowing only a .169 batting average on 21 hits in 124 at-bats. Against the Seattle Mariners, McClanahan has also held his own, with notable performances against J.P. Crawford (2-6), Ty France (1-4), and Eugenio Suarez (0-2).

It's worth mentioning that Jarred Kelenic, a key hitter in the Mariners' lineup, has been struggling in the past seven days, recording just two hits in his last 16 at-bats.

On the other side of the NRFI battle is Bryce Miller, a rookie pitcher for the Seattle Mariners. Miller has been proficient when facing batters for the first time through the order, allowing only a .193 batting average with 16 hits in 83 at-bats.

Miller will have the advantage of facing the Tampa Bay Rays hitters for the first time in his young career. Additionally, Miller has performed well against right-handed batters this year, holding them to a measly .186 average. In today's game, he will potentially face three right-handed batters in the first four spots of the Ray's lineup.

It should also be noted that the Rays' offense is far more superior at home than it is on the road. In the month of June, when the Rays are on the road in the first inning they own a .192 batting average.

This NRFI is priced at (-125) on FanDuel Sportsbook. Also, DraftKings is running a 50% profit boost on this first inning as well.

As always, six outs to glory…
