The Minnesota Twins and Seattle Mariners are in two very different positions in the standings entering play Tuesday.
The Twins have a solid four-game lead in the AL Central with the inside track on a playoff spot. The Mariners, meanwhile, are 8 1/2 games out of the top spot in the AL West and 5 1/2 games back in the AL wild card standings.
These two teams played each other recently, but will the result be the same when they face each other again Tuesday night?
The Parlay (+350):

- Pablo Lopez 7+ Strikeouts

Same-Game Parlay – Mariners vs. Twins
George Kirby Over 5.5 Strikeouts
George Kirby faced the Twins in his last start and struck out 10 batters. Minnesota has one of the highest strikeout percentages in the league as a team. The Twins' projected lineup has a 28% strikeout percentage against right-handed pitching this season.
While he only has a 21% strikeout percentage this season, Kirby has gone over this number in two of his last four starts.
Given his recent performance against the strikeout-heavy Twins, we can count on Kirby to go over this number tonight.
Pablo Lopez 7+ Strikeouts
Pablo Lopez's line for strikeouts is 7.5, but I lowered it, so we only need seven. Lopez has had at least seven strikeouts in six of his last seven games.
He faced the Mariners in his last start and struck out seven batters in only five innings.
Two starts ago, Lopez allowed seven earned runs against the Athletics and still struck out seven batters.
Seattle has a strikeout-heavy lineup, as the Mariners' projected lineup has combined for a 26% strikeout percentage against right-handed pitching this season.
Lopez is striking out seven batters with regularity recently, so not much has to go right for him to cover this number.
Mariners Moneyline
I like the odds for the Mariners in this one. Lopez is the better pitcher overall compared to Kirby, but the Twins lost this matchup when they played five days ago.
These lineups and bullpens are pretty evenly matched overall, as well.
Still, Seattle should see a boost with starting catcher Cal Raleigh back in the lineup. Raleigh homered twice in his last game Sunday and then got the day off on Monday.
With Raleigh back in the lineup, the Mariners should be able to produce enough offense to take this one down Tuesday night and cap off the SGP.
