The Los Angeles Rams (11-7) and Philadelphia Eagles (15-3) face off today in NFC Divisional Round at 3 p.m. ET from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia live on NBC and Peacock.
Let's get into my Eagles vs. Rams prediction and NFL Divisional Round picks.
The Eagles are 7-point favorites over the Rams with the over/under set at 43 total points. Philadelphia is a -350 moneyline favorite to win the game outright and Los Angeles is +280.

Eagles vs. Rams Predictions
Against the Spread
I project this spread as Eagles -5. The Rams have greatly improved since these teams’ first matchup, so I show a point of value.
The conditions create too much uncertainty for me to bet on a side, though. There's a chance it snows during the entire game today, which has me looking toward a total for my pick.
Over/Under
I'm in line with the full-game total, but I'm betting the first-half under.
Neither offense starts well out of the gates, and the conditions will likely alter the Rams' offensive approach. For all the reasons I get into below, this is my favorite pick for the game.
I would only play this total down to 21.5. As of Sunday at 11:15 a.m. ET, books are avoiding the key number of 21 and posting either 20.5 or 22.5. Be sure to find the best line by using our live NFL odds page.
My Pick: 1H Under 22.5 (FanDuel)
Eagles vs. Rams Preview
- 58% of bets and 58% of money bet on the spread are on the Rams.
- 71% of bets and 65% of money bet on the total are on the OVER.
The Eagles have covered the spread in each of their last 3 games, and the over has hit twice in that span.
The Rams have covered the spread in 6 of their last 7 games, and the under has hit in 4 of their last 5.
Eagles vs. Rams Picks
Eagles' first-half unders have been a popular play for me all season, and it’s one that cashed last week against the Packers.
Philadelphia scored just 10 points and held Green Bay scoreless, so it was an easy winner. The only touchdown in that half was also a product of the Packers fumbling the opening kickoff.
Saquon Barkley had a massive 255-yard showing on the ground in the first Eagles-Rams game in Week 12, but most of those yards came on two long touchdown runs in the second half. The Rams' run defense wore down after halftime; Barkley took advantage.
Offensively in general, the Eagles usually start slow. This season, the Eagles scored just 12.4 points per first half, which put them right around the middle of the league. The good news for this matchup is that Los Angeles averaged just 8.6.
Against the Vikings last week, Matthew Stafford came out hot. The game was indoors, and the Rams protected Stafford well enough to the point that he was thriving and eventually put the game out of the Vikings’ reach.
This game will be outdoors, though, and head coach Sean McVay’s offensive game plans for cold games in the elements has typically been run-heavy and conservative. It wouldn’t shock me if McVay didn’t think the passing game could replicate last week’s performance and he came out focusing on the ground game.
The Rams still could have issues in protection when they do pass, and the Eagles' cornerbacks and pass defense as a whole have been excellent this season. It’s not a great setup for a great offensive performance for Los Angeles.
The Rams have struggled in the red zone this season. If they make it inside the 20-yard line, this isn’t the defense and these won’t be the conditions that lead me to believe they’ll be able to find the answer.
Also, while Joshua Karty has been good of late, he is a rookie kicker making his first outdoor playoff appearance. Jake Elliott also hasn’t been great this season for the Eagles.
Offensively for the Eagles, Jalen Hurts hasn’t looked right of late, especially last week against the Packers in his first game back after a three-week absence due to a concussion. Also, we don’t know if A.J. Brown is 100% healthy at this point.
The Rams love to play zone defense, which tends to allow fewer touchdown passes. Los Angeles also doesn’t give up many big plays.
The Rams are 12-6 to the first-half under this season, and the Eagles are 11-7, making both of these teams among the most profitable in the NFL this season for this bet.
I was hoping this number gets up to 23, but it has gone done with some potentially inclement weather on the way in Philadelphia. This line is down to 20.5 at most sportsbooks, but FanDuel has 22.5 up as of 11:15 a.m. ET.
My Pick: 1H Under 22.5 (-110) | Bet to Under 21.5
