The Los Angeles Rams (1-2) and Chicago Bears (1-2) will kick off on Sunday afternoon for NFL Week 4 at 1 p.m. ET from Soldier Field in Chicago. The game will be broadcast live on FOX and can be streamed on platforms like YouTube TV.
The Bears are 3-point favorites over the Rams, with the game total set at 41. The spread opened at Bears -1.5, while the total opened at 47 but has come down significantly. Chicago is a -145 favorite on the moneyline, while Los Angeles is +125 to pull off an upset.
Matthew Stafford and Kyren Williams (three touchdowns) pulled off a stunning comeback last week against the 49ers to get the Rams' first win of the season. The Bears, meanwhile, have underwhelmed with Caleb Williams under center, as the offense hasn't fulfilled its potential with Keenan Allen out the past two weeks.
Let's get into my Rams vs. Bears prediction and my NFL picks and predictions for Week 4.

NFL Week 4 Preview
I think it’s time to buy the Bears and sell the Rams.
Los Angeles had this amazing comeback last week against the 49ers. The Rams were down 14 points in the second half, then next thing you know, they’re kicking a game-winning field goal and here we are.
Teams like this regress immediately. Teams coming off a 14-point comeback in their previous win are 51-68 (43%) straight-up and 49-70 (41%) against the spread.
I just can’t get behind this Rams team without Cooper Kupp or Puka Nacua and an offensive line that is not great. Add in an older quarterback in Matthew Stafford and a run game that isn’t clicking like it did last year with a defense that’s mostly a bunch of no-name guys, and there’s not much to get excited about here.
I’m thinking about this Bears team like we were the Broncos ahead of their big win over the Buccaneers last week. Both teams have rookie quarterbacks that look promising and are going to get better every week. Last week in a loss to the Colts, you saw Caleb Williams take some steps forward.
Keenan Allen was back at practice this week, and I think that helps this offense as a whole. It might even help the run game, which could see Roschon Johnson get an increased look over D’Andre Swift.
The Bears have been in every game they’ve played this season, even their loss to the Texans. I can see Chicago getting better and moving forward throughout the season, but I can’t see the Rams in the same light.
I would be sure to get Bears -2.5 here and play that up to -120. If you can’t get that number, then just bet Chicago’s moneyline.
Pick: Bears -2.5 (-120)
