The No. 5 Oregon Ducks and No. 1 Indiana Hoosiers meet Friday in a Big Ten rematch with a spot in the College Football Playoff National Championship on the line. The game is set to kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET and will be broadcast live on ESPN.

When these two teams met earlier in the season on Oct. 11, Indiana traveled to Eugene and emerged victorious, 30-20. Now, the stakes are much higher.

I came through with a 2-leg same-game parlay for Friday's Peach Bowl, including a spread pick and a player prop for Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq.

Read on for the Oregon vs Indiana odds and our NCAAF parlay picks for the 2026 Peach Bowl and College Football Playoff semifinals.

Oregon vs. Indiana Peach Bowl Parlay

The Indiana Hoosiers and Oregon Ducks will clash on Friday night with a bid to the National Championship on the line.

The Hoosiers have been one of the best stories in college football over the past couple of seasons. Head coach Curt Cignetti has led IU to an undefeated year and the best season in program history.

Heisman Trophy winner Fernando Mendoza leads the Hoosiers at quarterback with 3,172 passing yards, 36 touchdowns and six interceptions. Mendoza is the betting favorite to be drafted first overall by the Las Vegas Raiders.

On the other side, Oregon will attempt to pull off the upset tonight.

Head coach Dan Lanning's team enters this game with momentum after dominating Texas Tech in the CFP quarterfinals on New Year's Day, 23-0.

UCLA transfer Dante Moore leads the Ducks with 3,280 passing yards, 28 touchdowns and nine picks.

Spread Pick: Oregon +4

I'll gladly take the points with Oregon tonight.

The Ducks defense will limit the Hoosiers' production tonight. After all, this spot bodes well for Lanning's team, which can make key adjustments after seeing Indiana once already this season.

I trust Lanning and the Ducks to have a strong game plan and tighten up in the red zone.

On the offensive side of that ball, Moore has been in strong form lately and will do enough to keep the Ducks close in this contest.

Oregon Player Prop Pick: Kenyon Sadiq 4+ Receptions

Sadiq has played a key role in the Ducks offense this season, and I expect that to continue tonight.

The game script will bode well for this prop. With Oregon coming in as a short underdog, it will have to lean on its passing game in what should be a tight back-and-forth game.

The Ducks' tight end has cashed this prop in four of his last five games.

When parlayed together, these two picks pay out north of 2-1.
