LSU’s frontcourt has also excelled on the offensive end of the floor, with both 6-foot-10 forward Mike Nwoko and 6-foot-8 senior Marquell Sutton posting double-figure scoring efforts.
For a Tigers frontcourt featuring impressive size and athleticism, it's shocking how poorly LSU has performed on the defensive end.

Per ESPN bracketologist Joe Lunardi, Kentucky is currently projected as a seven-seed in the NCAA Tournament.
Otega Oweh leads Pope’s bunch in scoring this season with over 18 points per game, while also posting nearly five rebounds and three assists on average.
Denzel Aberdeen rounds out a Wildcats starting backcourt that boasts impressive versatility and athleticism. The Florida transfer was one of the premier defenders for Todd Golden’s 2025 championship roster and has thrived in his final collegiate season under Pope.
Aberdeen is posting 13 points per contest and will certainly be a major-impact player if Kentucky is to get hot and make a run in the SEC Tournament.
The Wildcats have some serious depth at the guard position, with Collin Chandler and Jasper Johnson also playing key minutes for Pope.
