Welcome back to another edition of my player props.
Marquee matchups highlight the slate, but the value in the player prop market lies with many unsung players.
Read below for my top three college basketball player props and NCAAB picks for Saturday, February 21.
College Basketball Player Props for Saturday, Feb. 21
- Tre White Under 6.5 Rebounds (-120, bet365)
- Nate Kingz Over 1.5 Threes Made (-125 bet365)
- Tyler Perkins Under 15.5 Points (-120, bet365)
Tre White Under 6.5 Rebounds

The Kansas Jayhawks may have an excellent rebounding matchup on paper today against the Cincinnati Bearcats, who are 213th in rebounds allowed, but there's one player who is too inflated in this matchup.
Guard Tre Harris has been a consistent force on the boards, averaging 6.8 rebounds per game, but it's clear he lacks upside as his median through 26 games is just six.
With Darryn Peterson back in the fold on the defensive glass, White is the guy to fade, even in a good matchup, as this total is priced much closer to his ceiling.
His recent performance shows that this needs to be adjusted down as he's gone under in eight of his last 10 games.
Pick: Tre White Under 6.5 Rebounds -120
Nate Kingz Over 1.5 Threes Made

The Orange always seem to have a long-range sharpshooter on their roster, and this season it's been Nate Kingz. Kingz has been a legit marksman from downtown, shooting 38 percent on the season.
He's done so with volume as well, averaging 5.8 three-pointers attempted per game. However, he's begun to heat up lately, as over his last 10 games, he's shooting 45 percent on an average of six attempts per game.
This afternoon, he faces a North Carolina squad that is deflated from the loss of their star, Caleb Wilson. While Wilson was not a perimeter player, his absence has impacted the Tar Heels defensively.
NC State put up some gaudy offensive numbers against them on Tuesday and did quite a bit of damage from beyond the arc. Look for this trend to continue while Kingz stays hot from deep.
Pick: Nate Kingz Over 1.5 Threes Made -125
Tyler Perkins Under 15.5 Points

The UConn Huskies dropped their last game in what could be considered an embarrassing loss to a Creighton team that was reeling. The loss featured the Huskies' worst defensive perfromance of the season.
It's safe to assume the Huskies will be motivated to make up for that in this matchup, which is bad news for Villanova's Tyler Perkins.
Perkins has lit it up at times for the Wildcats, but with half his shot attempts coming from beyond the arc, there is plenty of room for variance. UConn is stout when it comes to defending the perimeter and has only allowed five of the last 15 opposing guards to exceed their points total.
After an outlier against them, look for the Huskies to regress to their norm defensively and contain Perkins.
Pick: Tyler Perkins Under 15.5 Points -120
