The Kansas Jayhawks will host the Arizona Wildcats on Monday night. Allen Fieldhouse will be the site for a highly anticipated matchup between two of the best teams in the Big 12.

Arizona has dominated college basketball this season with a perfect 23–0 record. Tommy Lloyd’s team has impressive wins on its résumé, including victories over Florida, UConn, Alabama, and BYU.

The Wildcats are 6–0 against Top 25 teams this year. Freshman Brayden Burries has impressed this season, leading the team with 15.3 points per game.

Chandler, Arizona native Koa Peat has been excellent for Arizona, adding 14.6 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.

Arizona ranks sixth in the nation with 89.3 points scored per game.

Kansas enters the contest ranked eleventh in the nation with an 18–5 record.

The Jayhawks entered the year ranked 19th nationally and, after a slow start, fell out of the Top 25.

Bill Self’s team earned an impressive win over Tennessee in the Players Era Festival, which helped them climb back to No. 21 in the rankings.

Kansas struggled to start January, losing on the road to UCF and West Virginiaand falling out of the Top 25 again.

The Jayhawks’ season shifted when they defeated then–second-ranked Iowa State at home on January 13.

Kansas has not lost since and has earned notable wins over BYU and, on the road last week, Texas Tech.

Freshman superstar Darryn Peterson has led Kansas with 20.5 points per game and is expected to be the No. 1 overall pick this summer.

Senior Tre White has added 14.1 points and 7.1 rebounds per game.

Leg 1: Under 153.5

I expect this to be one of the best games of the season and for it to come down to the final few possessions.

My favorite play in this contest is the Under, as I believe the game's pace will be the difference.

I expect Kansas to set the pace early in this matchup. The Jayhawks rank 244th nationally in adjusted tempo, which means possessions could be at a premium.

Additionally, both of these teams rank in the top 30 nationally in points allowed per game.

Leg 2: Flory Bidunga Under 13.5 Points

The sophomore has been outstanding for Kansas this season, leading the team with 8.9 rebounds per game while adding 14.8 points.

However, Bidunga will draw a tough matchup against Arizona. The Wildcats have the size and speed to slow him down and make life difficult in the paint.
