This is probably just a complete punt, as back-to-back Jack Adams wins are basically impossible because the vote is essentially most improved, barring something like 135 points from any team.
It's unlikely voters will ever view it this way, but Carbery still deserves to be in the discussion and is arguably the best coach in the NHL.
People were picking the Caps to miss the playoffs this year. They are 35/1 to win the presidents' trophy (obviously a longshot) and I still think that would cash this for sure so a tiny look at 100/1 seems worth it.

Quenneville to win coach of the year was the first future I posted for this season, and I'm surprised their start hasn't moved this number more. I was high on the idea that Anaheim's roster could pop off with a sharper coach, specifically because Cronin was terrible.
Ducks will slow down some the rest of the way, but I always thought that even grabbing a playoff spot would give Quenneville a good chance- unless oddsmakers are confident that many voters won't vote for Q because of his past, which is a valid concern.
