NHL Vezina Trophy Odds
The Vezina Trophy has been presented to the best goaltender of a season since 1926. Named after former Montreal goalie Georges Vezina, the trophy was briefly given to the tender who allowed the fewest goals in a season, but that's since been reverted back to the original reward.
As we enter the final month of the season, it looks like the race for the award is all but over, with Igor Shesterkin of the New York Rangers a whopping -400 favorite to claim the Vezina Trophy at the end of the year.
Shesterkin leads the league in save percentage (.933) and is second in goals against average (2.14), helping the Rangers to second in the Metropolitan Division and tied for third in the Eastern Conference.
