The Action Network's proprietary betting algorithms have determined value on both NHL games slated to face off on Tuesday night.

For Sabres vs. Canadiens (7 p.m. ET), our betting models indicate value on one side of the moneyline.

And for Rangers vs. Kings (10:30 p.m. ET), there's a betting system that's collected data since 2005 that has won 61% of the time over that timeframe.

Under specific parameters proprietary to the Action Network, certain types of teams under certain types of scenarios have done fantastic on the moneyline over a long sample size.

The algorithm factors in rest, whether the team is the home or visitor, and other factors proprietary to the outlet. It's gone 825-523 (61%) since the Bush administration. A $100 per game bettor would be up about $9,000 over that time frame.

We don't recommend using this betting algorithm as an alternative to investing — variance is much less forgiving in sports gambling compared to the financial markets — but similar principles apply in regard to profits over a long time horizon.

Rangers vs. Kings, Sabres vs. Canadiens Predictions

The betting system targets bets on visiting favorites who have had at least three days of rest.

Teams of this sort have gone, as aforementioned, 825-523 over the last two decades.

The Rangers last played on Saturday in a 2-1 win over the Sharks.

The best price on the market for New York is with Tipico at -105.

Meanwhile, for Sabres vs. Canadiens, our models think Buffalo should be the -140 favorites. The Sabres opened as +106 underdogs but have already moved to minus money on account of sharp action. They're as low as -110 on DraftKings.

But the best price on the market as of Tuesday morning is with BetRivers at +102.

PRO Picks: Sabres +102 or better | Rangers -105 or better
