The Titans (1-5) face the Lions (5-1) in Week 8 of the NFL season with kickoff set for 1 p.m. ET at Ford Field in Detroit. Here's an early look at the Titans vs. Lions odds, spread, and total for this Sunday afternoon matchup.

The Lions are 11-point favorites over the Titans in the latest NFL odds for Week 8, with the over/under set at 45.5. The total opened at 47 while the Lions were 11.5-point favorites

Titans

Mason Rudolph started in Tennessee's loss to the Bills with Will Levis dealing with a shoulder injury. He’s supposedly week-to-week, but reports are his injury typically takes five-to-six weeks to heal.

The Titans didn’t fare any better with Rudolph under center, as they managed only 10 points. However, they did score 31 points in their lone win of the year when Rudolph replaced an injured Levis. That was the only time the team scored more than 17 points all year. Tennessee is 1-5 SU and ATS

Lions

Detroit handed the Vikings their first loss of the season and, in the process, took over first place in the NFC North. The Lions boast one of the league’s top offenses, as they average over 30 PPG.

Detroit’s also a notoriously tough stadium to play in, although their one loss both SU and ATS came at Ford Field. The Lions are 5-1, both SU and ATS.
