49ers vs Seahawks Prop Picks, Preview
Sam Darnold Under 239.5 Passing Yards (-110)

Sam Darnold has had a great season in Seattle and only continued to launder his reputation after a terrible start to his career. It’s easy to forget but before he got things back on track in Minnesota, he had a single season in the Bay (2023), starting just the one game.
It certainly seems like the 49ers learned a lot about Darnold during his time there.
Across this season he’s been averaging 238.1 passing yards per game, torching various other teams along the way. However, in two games against the 49ers he’s really struggled, throwing for 150 and 198 passing yards.
Darnold has developed into a very good player — but the Niners seem to have something over him.
Pick: Sam Darnold Under 239.5 Passing Yards (-110; bet365)
Sam Darnold Under 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-105)

We’re doubling down on Darnold here and taking him to throw Under 1.5 passing touchdowns.
I’m not confident on him having a great game in terms of his own stats, but that isn’t to say that he won’t book a place in the NFC Conference Championship Game.
Darnold failed to throw a single touchdown pass in either game against the Niners this season and I’m not sure he does it two or more times here.
In fact, he’s only thrown multiple TD passes in eight of 17 games across the season so far, and that percentage drops further if you look at his previous nine games, in which he’s had Over 1.5 passing touchdowns just three times.
With the Niners' run defense looking weaker than usual, we could see the team focus on the run in the red zone.
Pick: Sam Darnold Under 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-105; Fanatics)
Zach Charbonnet Anytime Touchdown (-120)

As mentioned above, the 49ers run defense just isn’t cooking right now, thanks in part to the injury to Fred Warner. The Seahawks backfield is a two-headed beast, but it’s Zach Charbonnet who offers the best bang for your buck in terms of scoring.
Charbonnet has scored over double the touchdowns of Kenneth Walker, with 12 to Walker’s five. Charbonnet comes into this with four touchdowns in his past three games, one of which was the Week 18 game against the 49ers, who he also scored against in the season opener.
In the final three weeks of the regular season, he had 10 carries in the red zone to Walker’s one, which makes this far better value than backing Walker at +120 to score.
Pick: Zach Charbonnet Anytime Touchdown (-120; DraftKings)
Jake Tonges Over 34.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

The 49ers are going to miss George Kittle big time, but Jake Tongues has really shown up for this team when needed this season and has an impressive five touchdowns to his name. His receiving yard line stands at 34.5 and that’s a number he really should be confident of covering.
Tonges has played in six games with Kittle sidelined and he is averaging 44.8 receiving yards in those games. Across the regular season, only five teams allowing more yards to opposing tight ends than the Seahawks, who gave up 63.5 per game.
With no Kittle, we should see Tonges get a heavy workload and potentially cover this with ease.
Pick: Jake Tonges Over 34.5 Receiving Yards (-114; Fanduel)
