Jamison Crowder Fantasy Football Ranking With Elijah Moore Out vs. Saints in Week 14

New York Jets wide receiver Elijah Moore landed on injured reserve and will miss at least the next three games, starting in Week 14 against the Saints.

Fantasy managers need a wide receiver — bad.

The Jets will elevate Jamison Crowder to the top of the depth chart, but is he fantasy relevant for managers looking to clinch a playoff spot?

Fantasy Outlook with Elijah Moore Out vs. Saints

Sean Koerner, Director of Predictive Analytics, had tabbed Moore in his Tier 4 wide receiver rankings prior to the injury.

Moore's been one of the most impressive rookie receivers, and only appears to be getting more comfortable as the reps pile on.

The team leader in catches, yards and touchdowns entering Week 14, Moore — who's still just 21 years old — has done the majority of his damage in the back half of the season.

After collecting just 15 catches, 148 receiving yards and zero touchdowns over his first six games, he's racked up 34 receptions for 390 yards and six scores across the last five.

Replacing that will be Crowder, who Koerner ranks as WR33 in standard scoring leagues. That puts him ahead of Darnell Mooney, Christian Kirk and others in that range.

In addition to Crowder, starting quarterback Zach Wilson will have Keelan Cole, Denzel Mims and Braxton Berrios as top receiving targets.

New York is a 5.5-point home underdog against New Orleans, with a total of 43.5.

Overall, the Jets' offense has struggled through the air, ranking 25th in Pass DVOA and 22nd in yards per attempt in Robert Saleh's first year at the post.
