I've been tracking Action PRO Projections all NCAA Tournament, and the best bet tips off Friday in a clash of blue bloods.

Duke vs. St. John's (7:10 p.m. ET; CBS) lines in the Sweet 16 are nowhere near the prices from premium advanced models available for subscribers. The No. 1-seed Blue Devils are -6.5, with a total of 141.5.

Action projections run odds for each spread, moneyline and total in the NCAA Tournament. After comparing lines to the market, each pick is assigned a grade like A, B and C to determine the strength.

The Blue Devils are favored by 6.5 points on the spread. Our NCAAB power ratings suggest a much narrower gap, projecting Duke and head coach Jon Scheyer just -2.7 in Friday's Sweet 16.

Consensus moneyline odds around the market price St. John's +230, odds which imply a 30% chance to win outright.

Action PRO's true moneyline price for St. John's is more like +133, or a 42% chance for an upset.
