Milwaukee Bucks vs Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Preview

After splitting a home-and-home set with Charlotte, the Bucks were no match for the Lakers and fell 119-95 on their home floor.

The Bucks have split their last 10 games since a 4-1 start.

The good news is Giannis Antetokounmpo is probable for tonight's game. The two-time former MVP is averaging 32.6 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 7.1 assists per game this season.

His assists are up because five other Bucks are averaging at least 10 points per game, with two others not far behind.

Ryan Rollins is leading that group, averaging 16.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game.

His play towards the end of last season is why Milwaukee felt comfortable moving off Damian Lillard.

Milwaukee's lone loss in their initial stretch was a 118-113 against the Cavaliers in Cleveland.

The Cavaliers have won six straight and eight of the last 10 meetings in this series.

On Saturday evening, the Cavaliers rallied for a 108-100 victory over the Grizzlies.

Donovan Mitchell led the way with 30 points, five rebounds, and five assists, while Evan Mobley had 22 points, 13 rebounds, and four assists.

Cleveland's All-Star duo will likely be in starring roles once again tonight.

Darius Garland has been limited to just three games, and he will be out once again as he manages his toe injury.

In his absence, De'Andre Hunter has stepped up and emerged as the team's third scoring option.

He is averaging 18 points per game, despite shooting just 28% from three.

Jarrett Allen is also giving the team about 16 points and eight rebounds a night, scoring 16 in the win over Memphis.

However, Milwaukee is one team against which he has struggled lately.

Bucks vs Cavaliers Betting Predictions, Analysis

Allen has scored in double digits in eight of his last 10 games.

However, one of those games was against Milwaukee when he scored eight points in the first meeting.

Dating back to last season, Allen has scored 14 points or fewer in each of the last four meetings.

As Mobley continues to ascend, Allen's minutes have dwindled, averaging 28 per game last season and 26 per game this season.

He could play even less with Antetokounmpo on the other side, as opposing big men are always at risk of foul trouble when going against him.

Additionally, with Myles Turner now a Buck, Kenny Atkinson may go with a smaller lineup to guard him on the perimeter.

Despite the presence of Allen and Mobley in the paint for Cleveland, Antetokounmpo has scored 30 points in six of the last seven meetings.

He has also reached that plateau in nine of 12 games this season.

Being the competitor that he is, Antetokounmpo may also be upset about the team's performance, despite his 32 points.

Off the bench, Lonzo Ball is averaging 5.4 assists per game.

He has had at least four in nine of 11 games this season, and tonight his assists may cap this parlay.

  • Jarrett Allen Under 14.5 Points (-120)

Bucks vs Cavaliers Parlay Picks
