Tyler Glasnow & Framber Valdez
Blue Jays vs Rays, 6:40 p.m. ET | Royals vs Astros, 8:10 p.m. ET
Our first custom NRFI selection focuses on the Houston Astros ace, Framber Valdez, who has been stellar this season. Valdez's record stands at 25–4 for the NRFI with a commendable 12–3 home NRFI split. Since 2022, Valdez has accumulated a 20–7 NRFI record when pitching at home.
When facing batters for the first time through the order, Valdez has shown dominance, holding them to an .176 batting average over 258 at-bats. Looking at his history against the Kansas City Royals, Valdez has managed to keep notable batters like Bobby Witt Jr. (0–6), MJ Melendez (1–2), and Michael Garcia (1–3) in check.
Our second custom NRFI Selection features the ace of the Tampa Bay Rays, Tyler Glasnow, who has equally impressive numbers. This season, Glasnow has an NRFI record of 17–2, with an almost impeccable 8–1 home NRFI split. Since 2022, Glasnow boasts a 19–2 record for the NRFI. Historically against his division rivals, the Toronto Blue Jays, Glasnow has managed to hold batters like Bo Bichette (0–8) and Matt Chapman (1–5) to low numbers.
Additionally, the Toronto Blue Jays currently struggle with a first-inning batting average of .056, achieving just one hit in their last 20 plate appearances over the past seven days.
This custom NRFI is priced at -169 on DraftKings.
As always, six outs to glory.
