The Raiders are shaping up to be a popular bet for the 2022 NFL season.

The betting public's pounding Las Vegas' win total 'over' at BetMGM; quarterback Derek Carr, meanwhile, is attracting a top-three ticket count for MVP at Caesars.

Davante Adams is the new WR1, along with other notable reinforcements. Can Las Vegas make noise in not only a stiff conference, but the toughest division in football in the AFC West?

Here's the skinny on the Raiders' odds for the 2022 season, including win total analysis, Super Bowl odds and more.

2022 Raiders NFL Odds

The betting market views the Raiders as a middle-of-the-pack team for 2022. Las Vegas is painted +4000 to win the Super Bowl; one book's hanging a +3500.

The franchise owns the 17th-shortest consensus odds to win it all. For context, four other teams have consensus odds of +4000: the Dolphins, Patriots, Saints and Vikings.

The Raiders shored up multiple areas on the roster this summer, but they share a division rife with contenders — the Chiefs, Broncos and Chargers all own win totals of 10 or higher; not a single team is priced longer than +1700 anywhere for the Super Bowl.

Las Vegas is the biggest long shot to take the AFC West, too, ranging anywhere from +600 to +700 (shop and browse all futures odds here).

Raiders' Win Total Analysis

The Raiders' consensus win total for the upcoming season is 8.5.

Sean Koerner, Action Network's Director of Predictive Analytics, has a recommended bet on the over/under (you can read his preview for all 32 NFL teams' win totals here).

"The Raiders benefited the most from luck in the key metrics I like to look at on their way to a 10-7 record. They had the fourth-best injury luck and went 4-1 in one-score games.

The most mind-blowing stat was that Las Vegas managed to go 10-7 despite having a -65 point differential. Typically, we would expect a team with a -65 point differential to finish closer to 7-10.

While the offense will get a significant boost from Davante Adams, the Raiders are a team I’m interested in fading in 2022. They face the second-toughest schedule and should see some regression in terms of one-score game luck in 2022. I’m taking the Raiders to go Under 8.5 wins at +100.

Verdict: Bet Under 8.5 (+110, Caesars)"
